Brian Tracy was born into the fire service, following in the footsteps of his father, Matt Tracy, who was a Chief at the Santa Cruz Fire Department. Brian was a celebrated and respected trainer at the department with many newly promoted firefighters seeking his mentorship. Brian’s biggest hobbies outside of work were his family, traveling, surfing, gardening, and leather working.
