Raymond Santoyo served the citizens of Chino with pride and honor for 32 years. He was a member of the district’s Urban Search & Rescue team and was a founding member of Chino Valley’s Honor Guard, volunteering for the California Firefighters Memorial ceremony multiple times. Raymond was an avid athlete and he enjoyed running and hiking in his spare time. Raymond passed away from job-related cancer in March 2021. He is survived by his wife and four children.
