Robert Moseley, a 21-year veteran of the Santa Barbara County Fire Deparment and Santa Barbara County Firefighters Local 2046, suffered a fatal heart attack while on duty.  Brother Moseley was described as a "Captain's dream."  According to his fellow crewmembers, Moseley was credited for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for his profession.
