Gary Morgan began his firefighting career in 1977, and, in 1991, he was promoted to Captain. He was a devoted husband and loving father. His friends and colleagues described him as courageous, compassionate, and unswervingly loyal. Gary retired on January 31, 2011 after 31 years of service as a firefighter.
