Dan Holmes was hired by the United States Forest Service and National Park Service in 2004, after beginning his career in 1999 in Mt. Rainier, Washington. After combining his love for outdoor adventures and his passion to protect the environment, Dan became a park ranger with the National Park Service. For several years following he summated Mt. Rainier several times, climbed Mt. Denali, and experienced several other grand adventures. In 2003 Dan was accepted as an elite member of the Arrowhead Hotshots.
