Tim began his career as an engineer for CD F in 1975. Tim developed a passion for competing with the C A Rural Firemen's Association from 1977-1983, winning many trophies in hose laying and pumper competitions. He was promoted to Captain in 1989 and retired in 2005. Tim loved his job and his fellow firefighters, making many friendships throughout his career. Off duty, Tim was a loving husband, brother, father, and grandfather. After a two-year battle, Tim succumbed to job related cancer in March 2011
