Rich grew up in Fullerton, California where he lived most of his life. He worked for the Anaheim Fire Department for approximately 26 years, and retired as a Captain in 2009. Rich was known for his great sense of humor and positive attitude. He loved working with his hands and could build a house from the ground up. He was always interested in helping others with their training and motivating them to succeed. Rich was 55 years old when he passed away from job-related prostate cancer
